I submitted comments on behalf of the Boston Library Consortium today to the Copyright Office in its “[Notice of Inquiry on Mass Digitization](http://copyright.gov/policy/massdigitization/)“, and the Copyright Office’s proposal of an Extended Collective Licensing regime.
