Fall Transformation Meditation Series

Fall is almost here…at least seasonally, but for those of us in academia…it’s here and it’s game on! Our workloads just went from zero to 60 and we have a fresh start with new classes and new projects…and oh so much to do.

So how do you stay grounded during this hectic season and maybe even add in some personal growth? Using the Freedom Meditation style, we will explore transformational practices that help you to:

  • September 11: Dream Bigger (Fall Edition) - Think beyond your current circumstances and envision the fall season you want.
  • September 13: Cultivate Self-Compassion – Compassion isn’t just for others we care about…it’s for ourselves too.
  • September 16: Uncover a Limiting Belief – What stories are we telling ourselves that might be holding us back?
  • September 18: Build Intentionality into Your Schedule – Some things in our busy fall schedules can’t be changed, but we can be mindful and use the agency we have to give ourselves spaces and choices with our time.

Each session will be half an hour (2:00 - 2:30 pm ET) and you can attend the whole series or chose the sessions that speak to you (and your schedule).

We will record the meditation itself (without the discussion portion at the end) for later viewing. No prior experience with meditation is necessary, beginners are welcome!
