Libraries face increasing pressure to demonstrate their impact in financial and quantifiable terms, often in response to requests from institutional leaders. This session provides a practical, hands-on framework for meeting those expectations. We’ll explore strategies and share concrete examples, highlighting what’s feasible versus aspirational. Along the way, we’ll cover how to initiate conversations with campus partners and communicate results in ways that resonate with leadership priorities. Participants will leave with actionable ideas and templates to make a compelling case for library value.
This program is organized by the BLC Assessment Community of Interest with financial support from the BLC Innovation Fund.
Please note this program will be recorded.
