There comes a time for most managing librarians when you’re asked to propose a budget. Whether you’re asking for more staff, developing a marketing plan, or creating a whole new initiative, you’ll need a budget proposal with the same common elements. This interactive session will walk through the best practices of budget proposals, including tips for communicating effectively with administration or decision makers.
