Join this session to learn more about Library Stack, a unique contemporary media archive connecting libraries and patrons to digital publications that are outside the scope of traditional e-resource collections. Library Stack contains eBooks, podcasts, journals, software, and streaming cinema from across the digital humanities and visual culture fields, much of it unique, subscriber-only content that cannot be found in any other library-oriented platform. Library Stack also includes a suite of teaching and research tools, supporting faculty and students with collecting, tagging, accessing, annotating and sharing resources.
This webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of Library Stack with Benjamin Tiven, including its content and platform tools, as well as technical, metadata, and library integration considerations. We’ll also hear from Evan Simpson of Northeastern University, who will share a BLC member perspective on Northeastern’s experience implementing and using Library Stack.
