Fulfillment Team

During the implementation, the Fulfillment Team will coordinate discussion and decision-making concerning fulfillment-related aspects of the Shared Library System, including circulation, resource sharing, and patron data.

The Fulfillment Team will meet and communicate on an as-needed basis to resolve Shared Library System Implementation-related decision-points, and to provide guidance for Middlebury College and University of Vermont libraries as they implement Alma and Primo.

This team develops a Network Zone resource sharing infrastructure (currently via ILLiad, OCLC and Rapid) that aligns with BLC policies and practices, and provides an extraordinary breadth and depth of resources.

We work together to provide the library materials you want in an organized and timely manner. If your hunt for knowledge and information leads you to an item your home library doesn’t have, we are your next step in the process. Your request will be sent to your home library and made available for checkout as quickly as possible.
