Resource Management
BLC was founded upon a shared commitment to promote cooperation in building research collections across the member institutions.
Consortial Agreements
With the leadership of the Heads of Resource Management Committee, BLC maintains and manages several group subscriptions and deposit programs.
Current work in this area includes a holistic review of and negotiation across multiple vendor-specific product lines and services. As the scholarly communications landscape rapidly evolves, BLC is well-positioned to assert an ambitious collections strategy that leverages the collective strength of BLC’s member institutions.
BLC currently maintains the following group subscriptions and is open to brokering new agreements based on emerging needs.
